On saturday 26th June the Mundesley Youth and Community Group held its first ever Village Fayre on Gold Park raising £3,800. Norman Lamb and local celeb the Norfolk Fairy were on hand to open the fayre with a poem and word of support from the North Norfolk MP.

The day kicked off with Belly Dancing in the arena followed by the Mill School of Gymnastics performing 2 fantastic displays. They also had a stall a the Fayre to promote all the opportunities available to the local community.
The Seafront rides on the Rickshaw where a great assett to the Fayre along with the Truck Rides that took children aound the whole of the village. A big thank you to Mundesley Infant School who involed so many of their children in both the May Pole Dancing and modern dance in the arena.
The end of the day saw two exciting Tournaments the "Slippery Hockey" Competition and the "Tug of War" which ended in approximatley 40 people at each end of the rope.
